Under the guidance and supervision of the Coordinator, the Administrative Clerk provides support to administrative services ensuring high quality of work, ensures accurate, timely and properly recorded/documented service delivery. The Administrative Clerk promotes a client, quality and results-oriented approach.
The Administrative Clerk works in close collaboration with the CO, UN Agencies, and UNAIDS Geneva to ensure efficient flow of information, actions on instructions, agendas.
| VI. Recruitment Qualifications | |

Education: | Secondary education with specialized training in office management. Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields, desirable. |
|
Experience: | 3-4 years of administrative experience. Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). |
| Language Requirements: | Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Fluency in English to be tested through TOEFL test (minimum 450 points). |
