The purpose of the document management system (Sharepoint) is to provide a standardized tool for collaboration between ROLAC Staff, and a documents library to be filing with important and relevant information. The system will be a secure, central location for an office’s documents and files. The system improves contact management and process improvement using workflow for relevant process. This system will allow OCHA to meet strategic framework and Records management policy, in accordance to OCHA Mandate.
The purpose of this consultancy is to establish technical and organizational procedures that will enable the implementation of the new version of office server and policy guidance for its use.
